1. Quote Validity

This instant quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on the information you provided. If the actual space conditions differ significantly (extra rooms, heavy soiling, debris), we'll let you know before starting.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting this form does not lock in a booking. After receiving your quote, you can book a time through our scheduling page. Bookings are confirmed once we send you a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations may attract a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

4. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if a space is deemed unsafe or hazardous.

5. Payment

Payment is required upfront, before your clean begins. After booking, you'll receive a secure payment link — your clean is locked in once payment is received. This protects both you and our team and ensures your slot is reserved.

6. Bond Cleaning

Bond cleans include the full inclusions list. Carpets are vacuum-only by default; steam cleaning is a separate service.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your details are used only to deliver your quote and service, never sold or shared with third parties.
